1. Which products are available for free personalisation?
    Currently, free personalisation is available for our Mr & Mrs Honey Bunnies (not the Baby Honey Bunnies), Honey Bears, and Stormy & Thunder the Horses (including related bundles). Here is a link to all Personalised products:

  2. How many names can I get embroidered on an item?
    Only 1 name (or one hyphenated name) is available for free personalisation. The maximum character count is 9 characters.
    Hyphenated names must only contain nine characters. The hyphen counts as one character.
    Eg. Lily-Rose has 9 characters, however  Lillian-Rose is too long.
    If you enter two names (ie. Charlotte Lucy), our embroiderer will automatically use the first name only (becoming ‘Charlotte’).

  3. How does it work if I order two of the same item?
    Use a comma to separate the two names you want.
    Eg. Harry, Charlie
    If you only want one of two items embroidered, just type in one name. 

  4. What happens after I place my order?
    Once you place your order, we will process your toy for embroidery & once that is completed it will be shipped to you.
    The embroidery process can take up to 5 business days (this does not include weekends or public holidays). For example, if you have ordered an item on a Sunday, the 5 business days will begin from the following Monday. Therefore, please allow up to 5 business days from the time of ordering until the item is dispatched.
    Note: When an order is placed after midday the first day of the 5 business days will be the next business day.

  5. What updates will I receive along the way?
    After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
    Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email from Nana Huchy & delivery updates from Australia Post along the way.

  6. How do I double-check that I put the correct name?
    To check if the name you entered was correct, please look at your original email confirmation—you can see your chosen name there.

  7. What if I order the item with wrong name? Can I change it?
    Please check your spelling carefully. No changes to the embroidered name can be made once the order has been placed.
