1. Which products are available for free personalisation?

Currently, free personalisation is available for our Mr & Mrs Honey Bunnies (not the Baby Honey Bunnies), Honey Bears, & Stormy & Thunder the Horses (including related bundles). 

  1. How many products can I get personalised?

We will embroider one name per applicable product purchased. 

  1. How many names can I use?

Only one name (or one hyphenated name) is available for free personalisation. The maximum character count is nine characters. 

Hyphenated names must only contain nine characters. The hyphen counts as one character. 

  1. Lily-Rose is ok, Lillian-Rose is not.

If you enter two names (ie. Charlotte Lucy), our embroiderer will only use the first name (becoming ‘Charlotte’). 

  1. How does it work if I order two of the same item?

Use a comma to separate the two names you want. 

  1. Marco, Alex

If you only want one of two items embroidered, just type in one name. 

  1. What happens after I place my order?

Once you place your order, we will send your toy to our embroiderer in country Victoria who will embroider it & send it back to Nana Huchy, where we will prepare it for dispatch. 

This process can take up to ten business days (this does not include weekends or public holidays). For example, if you have ordered an item on a Sunday, the ten business days will begin from the following Monday. Therefore, please allow up to ten business days from the time of ordering until the item is dispatched. 

Please note: as our team processes Nana Huchy orders in the morning, ordering an item with free personalisation after midday means that the first day of the ten business days will be the next day.

  1. What updates will I receive along the way?

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Once your order returns from being embroidered, we will dispatch it & you will receive tracking information from Nana Huchy plus delivery updates from Australia Post.

  1. How do I double-check that I put the correct name?

To check if the name you entered was correct, please look at your original email confirmation—you can see your chosen name here.

  1. What if I type the wrong name? Can I change it?

Due to high demand, no changes to the embroidered name can be made once the order has been placed. Please check your spelling carefully.
