About Personalisation

Which products are available for free personalisation?
Free personalisation is available for our Mr & Mrs Honey Bunnies (not the Baby Honey Bunnies), Honey Bears, Baby Blankets, Thunder the Horse & Big Bill the Duck. We also have a selection of bundles that include personalisation.
To personalise your favorite toy you can add a personalised bandana, which are available in 9 beautiful colours.

What happens after I place my order?
Once you place your order, we will process your embroidery & once that is completed it will be shipped to you.
The embroidery process can take up to 2 business days (this does not include weekends or public holidays). For example, if you have ordered an item on a Sunday, the 2 business days will begin from the following Monday. Therefore, please allow up to 2 business days from the time of ordering until the item is dispatched.
Note: When an order is placed after midday the first day of the 2 business days will be the next business day.
Same day pick up is available upon request from our Clayton Warehouse.
What updates will I receive along the way?
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email from Nana Huchy & delivery updates from Australia Post along the way.
How do I double-check that I put the correct name?
To check if the name you entered was correct, please look at your original email confirmation—you can see your chosen name there.
What if I order the item with wrong name? Can I change it?
Please check your spelling carefully. No changes to the embroidered name can be made once the order has been placed.
