Delivery within Australia:

Free shipping on orders over $100
Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $9.50
Express Post incurs a flat rate of $17.00
(Note: Express Post orders will be packed & shipped as a priority, however next day delivery is NOT guaranteed by Australia Post.)

International Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated at the check out. Please be aware that some international orders will attract import duties & taxes, any such taxes, if levied are the responsibility of the purchaser.  For more information about possible import duties & taxes please contact your local customs authority.

To pickup your order please select "Pickup" as your Delivery Method at the checkout.
Pickup is from our warehouse in Clayton, Victoria. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to prepare your order for collection. Once your order has been packed you will receive an email letting you know it's ready. We will ask you to nominate your preferred collection time, please note this time must fall between Mon-Fri 8.30am-3.30pm, excluding Victorian Public Holidays. Nana Huchy's warehouse is NOT open on weekends, no weekend collections are available. If you require a pick up by a certain time, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your requirements, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

General Information about COVID19 & delivery from Australia Post:
"To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection. In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, our staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf.The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter. For deliveries with specific signature requirements, we will be working with our customers directly to ensure these continue to be met." 

Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity & government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines & other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible & clear backlog.

Delivery Address:
Providing a business address for delivery is always more reliable. However, if you require delivery to a residential address & you are unavailable during the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go to pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post Office.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to hospitals, as it's difficult to guarantee the recipient will be there at the time of delivery.

If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges.

Please note that we are not able to adjust the delivery address once an order has left our warehouse.
