Roar Hello to Our Textural Dinosaurs

Greetings budding palaeontologists! Nana Huchy has travelled sixty-five million years back in time to find six of the sweetest, snuggliest dinosaurs you’ll ever meet: green Sadie the Dinosaur, Baby Sadie the Dino, blue Stu the Stegosaurus, Baby Stu the Stegosaurus, brown Thomas the Triceratops, & Baby Thomas the Triceratops.  

These tactile dinosaur plush toys are crafted from a fleecy faux-shearling material that children will love running their hands over. Featuring additional textural elements such as velour spots, soft spine plates, sturdy horns & ridged frills, our Nana Huchy dinosaurs are designed to provide extra sensory stimulation for babies & children. Sensory stuffed animals provide stress reduction, comfort & emotional regulation for little ones, as well as promoting concentration & focus through kinaesthetic learning. 

Spotty Sadie the Dinosaur is an interior designer with a penchant for the colour green. She has become famous in the Prehistoric community for adorning her unique interiors in all manner of green furnishings: emerald chaise lounges, lime shag rugs, ornate jade vases, sage dining tables, & countless lush leafy ferns. Her daughter Baby Sadie has grown so sick of the colour that she can no longer stomach green foods at all—no peas, no salads, no apples, no avocados! Hopefully this rebellion is just a phase, but Sadie isn't so sure.

Blue Baby Stu the Stegosaurus may be shy, but boy, does he have energy to burn! His dad Stu the Stegosaurus calls him ‘The Energizer Dino’ because he is always ready for action & moves lightning-fast for a stegosaurus (they are known to be plodders). Like a true herbivore, mushrooms are Baby Stu’s favourite food & he especially loves them piled on a pizza with rosemary & thyme. Like his son, big Stu the Stegosaurus also adores food of the fungi variety & makes a delicious mushroom risotto. 

Brown Baby Thomas the Triceratops is a clever, curious dinosaur who is always sticking his horns into places he shouldn’t. He may be highly gifted when it comes to STEM subjects, but he is forever conducting dangerous experiments in the schoolyard at Prehistoric Primary that tend to involve lightning, dead spiders, Baby Stu the Stegosaurus’ wild mushroom collection, & Bunsen burners. What could possibly go wrong? His dad Thomas the Triceratops is a skilled mechanic who specialises in old-fashioned cars. He likes nothing more than to spend his weekends driving through the countryside in his shiny 1920s Rolls Royce Phantom, which he bought from a velociraptor car dealer in Tassie for an absolute bargain.
