RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please email Nana Huchy at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the item to be returned & a replacement organised. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days & notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Please choose carefully.
If you simply change your mind, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
(Returns for an exchange or a credit note are at the discretion of Nana Huchy.)
Before any goods are returned you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Please email email@example.com & include your order number to apply for your RA# .
If your request to return an item for a credit note is approved:
1. You must return the product at your cost. The goods must be in original, resalable condition including the packaging & hang tag within 2 days of receipt of your RA#. We recommend you use a trackable delivery method, Nana Huchy will not be responsible for lost goods.
2. The value of the credit note will be for the amount of the item being returned, less a 15% restocking fee, this it to cover the admin costs.

Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Nana Huchy.
Please note, there is no exchange or refund on Sale Items.
